1997 Ford E-250 Econoline 5.4L No Start
i have a no start condition, low volyage at the fuel pump connector i have battery voltage at the relay but drops to 6.5 volts at the inertia switch. also i get about 3.5 volts at the ground terminal at the connector for the fuel pump and the diagram says this...
