1995 Ford Crown Victoria 4.6L No Start
The car was towed to us as a no start. The scan tool wiil not light up. (no power). The battery feed to the eec relay is dead. This is a yellow with black tracer wire. I believe the problem is in the brake booster area as the scan tool blinked once when i shoo...
