towed in from another shop, complaint was no start,fouling spark plugs. checked keyed up fuel pressure and gauge goes to 38 psi(within specs) and bleeds off rapidly. pinched off fuel return line to tank and still bleeding fuel pressure. checked f/p regulator f...
