1996 Ford F-350 XL 7.3L Poor Idle Quality, Stall

Hello Techs,

Truck dies on deceleration after a long trip. ( one hour or more) will start right back up. Intermittently it will rough idle. Code comes back after being cleared. Suspect IDM but not sure. Diagnostic chart not very helpful. any ideas?
