1996 Ford Explorer XL 4.0L MIL Lamp on
Switched left and right O2 sensors. Still puts MIL on for
bank 1 catalyst problem. No apparent driveability symptom
showing up. Have followed tests in Mitchell for code 0420.
What am I not seeing here.
