1988 Ford Ranger STX 2.9L No Start
Vehicle communicates with the scan tool. If you ground pin
six of the ALDL connector, neither fuel pump comes on (two
gas tanks). I have dropped the fuel tanks and applied
battery voltage and ground to both pumps and they do work.
