1994 Ford Thunderbird LX 4.6L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality
This car is running bad rich at all times. Fuel pressure is 42 psi KOEO & 38 psi KOER vaccum is 20" at the regulator. Both pre cat O2 sensors are showing rich-.890-.980 mv. MAF sensor has been cleaned and checks OK per Vantage test. I can find no vaccum leaks....
