1992 Ford Crown Victoria LX 4.6L Misfire
One cylinder misfires. The plug wire measures 13k and the spark plug was replaced. When the system is hooked up normally, the plug will not fire. When a test plug is used, the plug will fire also when the boot is pulled off to allow arcing, the cylinder fires....
