1995 Ford F-350 Special 7.3L No Start
This ambulance is a no start. I am a bit lost when it comes to diagnosing this. I have checked the voltage at the ICP sensor during cranking. It will not go higher that .65 volts. I tried cranking the engine with ICP sensor unplugged, still a no start. I took ...
