Emissions failed Badly.

In shop the emissions are just fine, through all ranges.

Hooked the Oscope to the O2 sensor and drove. Under Part to half throttle it is in good fuel controlle, then at about 3/4 throttle it drops fuel controlle and pegs the O2 senso...
