1991 Mercury Cougar LS 3.8L No Start, Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Cuts out, Stall
vehicle has a bad tip in hesitation, and stalls and can not restart when cold , when starting car cold it will start and then die and won't idle after car is warm there is no problem and car runs fine, fuel pressure is fine even when it doesn't start or stalls...
