1989 Ford Thunderbird LX 3.8L Poor Idle Quality, MIL Lamp on
Car came in with check engine lite and high idle. Code 21 CTS, checked ohms of sensor after vehicle was at operating temp., 2800 ohms=198%F. and with infa red, it was 198 %[...] said if sensor was okay replace ECM. Did so and no change. Tried another computor ...
