1994 Lincoln Town Car 4.6L Surge
This 1994 Town Car has a surge on deceleration between 41 & 36 mph, only when the A/C is on and engine is warm. Checked listed TSB's. The condition showed up after the A/C system was recharged. The condition still occurs when the A/C compressor is diconnected....
