1996 Ford Aspire 1.3L No Start
This is my brother in laws car. he went away for a 1 week training trip, came back and the car will not start. I went and checked it. It is not getting spark or fuel. The pump does not run at all. I checked the fuses and all are fine. It seems to me like a pro...
