1990 Ford F-350 Custom 5.8L No Start
I have no spark i don't think i have any injector pulse either.I put snap on scanner on and did the KOEO test got the 31 egr code thats [...] did the self test but when I tried to get the data list scanner could not comminicate with the scanner.I double checke...
