1997 Ford F-150 Lariat 5.4L MIL Lamp on

Hi Group!

MIL light is on. All 4 of these codes are present. Bank 1 sensor 1 does not switch. Stays at .55v at all times. I would like to replace sensor. Any tricks to getting right front sensor out?????
