1987 Ford E-150 Econoline Custom 4.9L No Start
Spark plugs are fuel fouling. Vehicle cranks over fine with
good spark, compression and fuel pressure. Checked
bulletins, none seem to apply. Did EEC-IV pinpoint tests:
