1992 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L Poor Idle Quality, Surge, Cuts out, Stall
when the car is cold it surges from approx 400 to 1500 rpm,and occasionally stalls. When the car warms up it surges after returning to idle from a cruise. The throttle body has been serviced IAC replaced, and an idle relearn procedure done with no improvement....
