1999 Mercury Mystique LS 2.5L Accel by Itself
On first start up of the day the idle is extremely high and accells the car in excess of 40 mph. this concern is very interminent, it has been duplicated by 2 different people, the car has no dtc's and the pid monitor is all normal.
