Bank 1 o2 sensor reads .12 to.15 at idle & 2000 rpm. MIL light intermittently comes on at speeds of 55 TO 60. Vehicle will not go in KOER self test, it starts to with engine ID.( 3 flashes ) but then kicks out. KOEO self test works OK.
