1991 Mercury topaz 3.0L Stall
Hi folks: I hope some ford folks can give me a hand here. This Topaz came from another shop, they changed the plugs, cap, rotor and wires(old ones in back seat). The old plugs looked new but were real fuel fouled. This car will idle for any where from 30 s...
