vehicle idles @ 2500rpm at all times, monitor shows ect sensor reading -(minus) 40 degrees, new ect installed, code still present, borrowed ecm from twin vehicle, no change, idle still high, and voltage at sensor .06v higher than spec, thanks in advance.
