1995 Mercury Grand Marquis 4.6L Surge, Stall
Hope somebody has seen one like this before. I'm probably missing something very simple. This car came in for a cold stall. Duplicated, will stall several times when started cold (less than 70 degrees ect). Open throttle slightly and it will surge terribly...
