1992 Ford E-250 Econoline 4.9L Excessive Emissions
The vehicle failed NJ State Inspection, the state limit on CO is 1.20% and HC is 220 ppm. I checked the emissions and they were 0.35% CO and 273ppm HC. I hooked up the S-O scanner and noticed the ECT and IAT were almost the same, ECT=0.86V 175degF, IAT=...
