2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor 4.6L No Start
i got a used computer and installed it and still had no comm. noticed evap solenoid and throttle body were clicking. so i unplug evap solenoid no change and then i unpluged throttle body and clicking stop and i have communications now with both computers. ...
