2001 Mercury Grand Marquis GS 4.6L No reset monitors
I have tried everything I can think of on this. Here in NM the car will not pass emission because it will not reset the monitors. The speedometer works buts does not read at PCM. I tested the wiring all the way to the PCM. Has good signal completely to it....
