1993 Mercury Cougar XR-7 3.8L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, Surge, Cuts out, Stall
Car came out of long storage and supposedly ran well for a short while. Brought to us after started running poorly. Got an old OTC out of the back room and pulled 137 and 173 codes. car running full rich. Fuel pressure good, pressure regulator ok, No vacuu...
