2004 Mercury Mountaineer 4.6L Poor Idle Quality, MIL Lamp on
Truck has a P0506. in KAM and KOEO. Checked for battery voltage on pin one of IAC connector. Had 3.8 volts. Also showed 3.8 on pin 2. Unhooked PCM connector and ohmed circuits and checked for shorted condition. No issue found. KE2 chart calls for battery volts...
