2001 Ford Taurus SE 3.0L Poor Idle Quality, Surge, High engine speed
Test drove the car and the car acted as if the throttle was hanging it stayed at 2000 rpm at all times had to ride the brakes to keep it at a reasonable speed. It also would surge when cold. Hooked the scanner to it no codes and the IAC was all over the place ...
