2005 Ford Five Hundred Limited 3.0L MIL Lamp on
This car come in with ALL the dash light on. Found NO communication at the DLC - the OBD 2 connector have power at pin 16 and gound at pin 4 and 5. I know their is a TSB about ICP going bad, BUT when I disconnect the Instrument Cluster and I still CAN NOT comm...
