2000 Lincoln Navigator 5.4L MIL Lamp on, limp-mode
I'm posting this for another shop who is desperate for help. The car is running in limp mode and the mil is on. The #23 fuse in the engine compartment blows as soon as it is replaced. Disconnecting the wire plug at the ECM is the only thing that keeps the fuse...
