1998 Ford Contour 2.0L Poor Idle Quality, Stall, MIL Lamp on
Contour came in with engine lamp on and won't idle. IAC voltage should read 10.5 volts with engine off key on. Checked IAC with DVOM 12.9 volts key on, Batt volts engine running. Pulled plugs and found them fouled. Checked for vacuum leaks, PCV, Air filter...
