1994 Ford Taurus GL 3.8L No Start
vehicle will not start. no spark and no fuel pump voltage. will not communicate with scanner checked for vref at tps and no voltage.i do not have a newer style breakout box and could not continue diagnosis for vref without it. any help would be appreciated...
