2000 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0L No Start
Vehicle brought in for intermittent no start condition. have determined that when the problem occurs, the fuel pressure drops to 0 and voltage to pump drops to 8.5 volts. If I stop cranking and immediatly cycle the key, fuel pressure returns and works fine. No...
