1995 Mercury Villager GS 3.0L No Start
Vehicle towed in. Found fuel pump drawing 30+ amps and continuing to pop the fuse. Plugged fog lamp bulb into fuel pump harness and it draws 3.5 amps (which tells me there are no significant resistances in the circuit). While bulb still in the circuit, measure...
