This is a 1997 f-350 7.3 diesel. Truck is hard starting first start in the a.m. Checked all 8 glow plugs they ranged from 0.5 ohms- 1.5ohms. Ckecked glow plug relay its working less then 1 volt voltage drop. Icp is 600psi within 1 second of cranking. checked f...
