1986 Ford TEMPO 2.3L Poor Fuel Economy
I need to know where to start!? Vehicle is running rich. Plugs are collecting a lot of carbon. Car runs fine, no stalling nor hesitation. I have an OTC 4000 ENHANCED monitor, but no B.O.B. Please help!? Thanks, Billy.
