2000 Ford F-150 5.4L No Start
VIN is wrong. Working on Truck for another shop. Originally truck came in with a 171 lean code, after their "diagnosis" they determined ECM was bad. They got an A1 cardone reman ECM, had it programmed through Oreilly. They put it in, now wont start with theft ...
