1993 Ford Tempo GL 2.3L No Start, Hesitation, Cuts out
this is the most frustrating one in a long time. everything tests ok - but when cold..won't start. acts like it has a bad choke...so we replaced the iac. now it idles high when it does start like it is supposed to do (where it didn't idle high ever before ...
