1994 Ford Thunderbird LX 4.6L Hesitation, Surge, MIL Lamp on
Low on power, worse when cold, acts like a plugged fuel filter or restricted exhaust. Fuel filter has been replaced. Codes cleared but come back after driving. On scan tool O2 sensors are switching over quickly and seem to be working OK. All other PIDs see...
