2001 Mercury Cougar 2.5L No Start
car is a no start. Has no spark. Crank position sensor is functioning correctly. Has fuel pressure all the time. Coil has been replaced. All power and grounds are available at the ecm. Power is available at the coil pack while cranking. One question I have is ...
