2001 Mercury Grand Marquis GS 4.6L Will not run Monitor
Will not complete Monitors. Has never had any Pending Codes. I checked for correct PCM Calibration, it is the most current. Baro is ok (157 Hz) for this altitude. IAT and CHT are with in 6 degrees after cold soak. When O2 Monitor should be running IAT is 95 de...
