2003 Ford F-350 Super Duty XLT 6.0L Surge
This 6.0 has a problem I have never seen before, But I don't have alot of experience with 6.0's. While driving up hill under load, right before the tranny downshifts out of OD (RPM'S low, high load), the engine will surge, and the exhaust will puff black smoke...
