1999 Mercury Cougar 2.0L Surge
this car came in with vct codes p1381 and p1383. checked oil and was several qts low, so we changed the oil and all seems well with vct now. the only thing now is it jerks in 4th gear when let off and back on accelerator, only in 4th. can up or down shift and ...
