The problem is a surge at idle, hot, in gear.....timing appears to vary, inducing the surge. Replaced tps to try to get voltage below .9 volt, but to no avail. Surge can be reduced or elimnated by setting minimum air rate up higher, but puts tps in 1.4 volt ra...
