1996 Ford E-350 Econoline 7.3L No Start
Engine lost power,could only go 10 MPH. Now it cranks ,makes lot of smoke but will not run. It did the same thing ten months ago and dealer replaced IDM. It has over the 12k miles so they will not warranty it and want 900.00 for another one. NAPA says they can...
