1994 Ford F-350 XL 7.3L No Start
Greetings. Searched archives with no satisfactory results.
PCM is not controlling the IPR. The unit has battery
voltage on both sides. A jump to ground on the yellow/red
wire will fire the engine on the first bump. (It's 106
degrees outside.)
