1997 Ford Thunderbird LX 4.6L No Start
This T-bird has a no start condition, fuel pressure is 40 psi. I can not scan for codes at times due to the computer not comunicating with scan tool. If I tap on the ECM sometimes it will comunicate with the tool and then the vehicle will start. If I shut the ...
