1987 Ford F-150 Custom 4.9L No Start
This truck has duel tanks. Problem is no power to the fuel pumps. If jumpered at relay, jumper wire gets hot. Voltage to the pumps is only 3.75v. I do not have a wiring diagram so any help will be greatly apprieciated. Thank you all.
