1995 Ford Windstar GL 3.8L MIL Lamp on
the vehicle fails state emission testing due to obdii testing for the codes previously stated. during testing i found that in scan data that the computer sees the baro reading to be 22.3 hg. in our area the baro reading flucuates normaly in the 29.1-29.9 range...
